"<p>Jose & his partner cleaned the carpest in 3 rooms and a hall.  The guys were very professional in their appearance and work.  They were cleaning 12 year old carpets that had never been cleaned.  Many areas needed pretreatment for spotting.  The carpets looked almost like new when they completed the job.  </p> <p>They took the time to explain the process in full.  They offered some upgrade options, which we did purchase, but there was no hard sales techinques.</p> <p>They did a first rate job and I would use them again.</p> <br />"

"Never having wood flooring before, I used products that were recommended to me or had seen on TV. <br /> After using these products, my dog would walk (or run) across the floor and leave horrible white scratches. Not knowing any better, I would try and cover them with more and more product. What she was scratching was the build-up of these products and not the wood. <br /> I call Laws to order Bona Polish remover and was told that they would be happy to order it for me but that it probably would not work. I was told that they did have a service where they would come in and with a chemical and squeegee machine, should be able to remove all the build up products and return my wood flooring to the original condition. I figured what the heck, the floors were basically ruined anyway. <br /> James came out and looked at the floor and did a test on it to see if the products could be removed. Thank goodness it could! <br /> James and his crew came out yesterday morning and 3 hours later my floor looks BEAUTIFUL!!!! "I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. "Doug's a good guy.  He started on time and ended on time. Doug (and his brother) did a great job.  He tore out the existing carpet in the bedroom and laid down a laminate wood floor.  He also tore out existing shelving in the walk-in closet and laid down laminate wood floor and installed a washer/dryer.  He had to tap into plumbing lines in the adjacent bathroom for the washer which went well.  We also painted both rooms, including trim.  One nice touch was Doug had recommendations to improve the project, without necessarily adding costs.   Skilled, punctual, reasonably priced and nice.  I can recommend Doug for remodel projects. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The rugs were cleaned very well, but the pads did not survive. However, they re-installed the pads nevertheless, until we put a stop to it and removed the dusty and torn pads ourselves. They seemed to be in a hurry to finish even though we had to wait several days to get them started.. <br />"

"RENOVATION CLEAN UP. April and her husband came to my home and performed a renovation clean up for us. The clean up took 2 days to perform at my request. The first part was done on the old part of the house that collected TONS of dust over the months despite our best efforts. April and her husband managed to clean up the inches of dust from the house. It did take them from 10:45 to 4:445 or so to complete at a payment of $325 up front. The only complaints I had from this first clean were she was 45 minutes late, a dirty toilet lid from the bathroom vent and the pledge stains left on my walls in my son's bedroom from spraying polish directly on the furniture and not on the rag first. <br /> The second clean was performed on 4 May with a final payment of $325. Again, she was not there on time, unfortunately, I cannot recall what time she actually showed. However, they were both here until 7:00pm and did not break at all. They completed the reno clean that included, polishing hardwood, cleaning newly grouted tiled walkin shower, etc aside from the basic household clean. I asked for a top to bottom clean and was pleasantly surprised and content with their work. This is not a job I would have taken on by myself. I do feel the price for the whole clean was reasonable. The only reason I knocked them on the price was beacuse the plan was to keep her on, but I do not feel that her weekly maintenance price was reasonable enough for our budget. However, I will hire April again to do an annual deep clean when needed and recommend her to friends."

We do all remodeling & new construction. Will work Saturday but not Sunday in order to attend Church with my family. Will provide 24 hour emergency services on Sundays.

"Called company they showed up at the time they stated they would be here, actually they were early (awesome).  Installed a total of 4 ceiling fans with lights in about 2 hours time.  He was very friendly and answered all questions that I had.  Once installed he made sure everything was working great.  He left his card and said if I had any problems to please call him and he would come and check it out.  He was extremely professional and considerate of our property. <br />"
