"Overall it went very well. It took longer than was promised to have the windows delivered due to supply chain issues. The installer Michael did a great job considering his assistant / helper did not show up for most of the install. People just won't work anymore. Michael is an artist and he made everything work and the house now looks fantastic. His trim work is precise. We are very happy with CRS Exteriors and highly recommend this company. We bought the Marvin Windows and they are so quiet. We are looking forward to the savings we'll see on our utility bills from now on."

"We expanded a ground floor family room, which required complete exterior and interior construction, with stacked stone to match existing exterior. Existing plumbing, electrical, and duct work had to be moved around. The room has a 5x10 closet with pull-down attic door and insulted attic above. A bay build-out added space to our dining room, and we added a walk-in pantry to the kitchen. Materials were included in the total price but not broken out. The contractor underestimated either the amount of stone needed or the cost of the (available) stone required to match the existing exterior. He covered about $400 of the additional materials cost; we covered about $1000 at his request. Lesson learned: In the contract, stipulate the dollar amount designated for special materials. Other than that and some slow downs due to occasional absent workers, the job went as planned and we're happy with the result. We appreciated the daily clean-up as it was a lengthy project and just living with the upheaval was at times a challenge. Mark had a cleaning crew come one weekend to help keep things in order."
