"We used chimney sweep people for chimney sweeping and they are called Clean Sweep. Those guys are wonderful. They are very caring as it is a dirty job. They take a lot of precautions to make sure that they are always laying tarps over the flooring and make sure that nothing gets messed up. We have 3 large dogs and they interact with them and they are not afraid of the dogs. We had a beehive stuck in the chimney, one year, and they couldn't take care of it and they recommended an exterminator service to take care of that and got that taken care of. We have an old Victorian house that it takes some old type of staff to get on the roof and they are just very, very meticulous in what they do and safety comes first with that. They don't take chances on anything. They don't do chimney repair, we used them as a referral service all the time. They referred our chimney repair person, our floor repair person, our wood person. If we need anything done we call them and then they tell us who to go to. I don't know what they charge but my husband doesn’t complain. He would complain if it was too much and he wouldn't use them again."

"After a bad snow storm, a water stain formed on my 2nd floor ceiling.  I called Bafundo to check out what I thought was a roof leak.  I have a 25 yr old roof and I was expecting to be told it was time for a replacement.  The team did a thorough inspection of the attic and roof.  I was told the water stain formed from snow blowing into the attic.  My roof was fine and had a few more years of life than I expected!  They also advised of some siding which looked problematic.  I will be calling them back when it's time for a repair or replacement. <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support.
