Did a walk through of expectations and then received a proposed design and we worked through that process to get the project within budget. They did the leg work of getting the project approved by the HOA which went really well. Mike and his team communicated throughout the project with scheduling and any questions I had during the process. The project is almost complete with only curbing and adjusting the sprinkler system. They also will be back when the irrigation is turned on for the coming season to ensure watering is scheduled and metering correctly.
