"David from Bulldog Rooter did an excellent job replacing the compromised frost-free pipe attached to one of the outside faucets. I was surprised to discover the frost-free faucet that had been installed when my house was constructed had blown a hole. I always disconnect the hoses and bring them inside in the fall and cover the outside faucets with Thinsulate booties for protection. David was "dead-on" with his accuracy in determining where to cut an opening in the drywall to access the pipe. He made a small 5 inch opening in order to fix the problem. It was uncanny how accurate his assessment of the problem was before he even began his repair."

My son-in-law installed a new faucet I had purchased a couple years ago, but never installed.  He did a great job but when he turned it on the water just trickled out.  He was unable to determine the problem so I called Noble Plumbing.  I found his listing on Angie's List.

He was able to find that the hose running through the faucet was plugged with something, clear it, and put it back together.  It works great now.  He even found a leaking supply line and replaced it.

I asked him if he had time for another small job, fixing the loose faucet on my jetted tub.  The only access was through an access under my sink.  It was a very tight squeeze and around plumbing lines, but he was able to get it tightened and working fine.

He is great to work with and very professional at his job.  He did great work.

"Master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bath, & hallway was flooded when toilet supply line broke. My mother has a new air conditioning unit (similar to heat pump) that was installed by another company. Outside temperature yesterday was 96 degrees and the unit stopped working yesterday around noon. By the evening time, the house was 86 degrees which is dangerous for her as she is in her late 80's and homebound. I called the company who installed the unit and was told that it would be 3 weeks before they could come out even though the unit is still under their warranty. (Oddly enough that company also has "A" rating through Angie's List but I'm puzzled how that's possible.) The service coordinator was terse and said they only did "first come, first serve" which I understand when dealing with most of us. However there are times when priorities are needed.

I found Aire Serv on Angie's List. From the beginning of the call the experience was positive and very helpful. She acknowledged that home bound and elderly people needed to have a quicker response. She agreed to try to get someone out the next day and would try to get someone there today so would call me with more information ASAP. Meanwhile my husband attempted to problem solve the issue and fortunately managed to fix it. That is the only reason that Aire Serv did not do work for us. I will absolutely use Aire Serv the next time we need anything and highly recommen
