"It went great! We had a grout failure in our shower, which required us to gut the shower and install new shower, tub and floor tile along with a heated floor. Given that this was a moving target, we had The Foundation Doctor repair the floor (see my other review) and then Russell and I agreed on time and materials for the repair. He did great work, communicated every step of the way, and when issues came up he was honest and upfront about our options. He was also extremely flexible on schedule which we appreciated as it took some time to get the floor repaired and the tile ordered. Overall he did great work, and I would highly recommend him for his work."

"I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."
