Jeff removed our old patio of worn out pavers and designed and installed a beautiful stamped concrete patio, including a custom in-ground reinforced pad for a swim spa we had ordered. We loved his work so much we had him replace a walkway on the side of our house with a stamped concrete path as well while he had all his equipment on-site. We've never had a contractor who was better with communication than Jeff. He always let us know exactly what was happening on each day, when he would be here, and what to expect next. Jeff pays great attention to the details and you can tell he takes pride in his work. We can't recommend him highly enough."

Despite lingering snow in spots, Jason and his eight-man crew stripped off the old roof, replaced some damaged plywood and installed Owens-Corning shingles on the house and the shed in less than 10 hours. The job also included the replacement of four skylights. They arrived on time, got right to work and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The price was the lowest of three bids. We're very pleased with the workmanship."

"One reason I chose this company was it was on my way to work and they advertised as having "drop off/pick up service" to and from work. At past auto service companies, I have dropped my car off, they have used their own company vehicle and dropped me off at work AND picked me up. This auto company did not do that as advertised. Once I arrived, I was told that they would send a tech ALONG with me in MY own car as I drove to work and then that tech would then drive MY car BACK to the company. They also informed me I was responsible for my OWN way back. I was VERY displeased with this. I did not have a choice at that time as I needed to get to work and needed the inspection done. I was informed later while at work, that they had found some issues with my brakes and would not pass inspection unless this service was performed and I was told it would take about 1 to 2 hours. As I was now responsible for my own way back, I was trying to coordinate a ride going with the timeframe they had given me for the work to be completed, but it ended up taking more than 4 hours and I was never updated or informed of this and had to call to get an update. Bad communication."

My brother had made the initial contact for me, based on personal recommendations he had received from others, and Ken from Nicholas Evanoff Co. then contacted me to initiate a consultation and estimate. Ken was very courteous and professional, and was an important point of communication and resource for me throughout the entire project. He also helped to coordinate a referral to another contract for some subsequent work on my gutters, which was also very good. I was impressed that the team of Evanoff roofers completed my roof all in one day, on a Saturday! Another impressive feature of this work is that my home is located on a steep, wooded slope and is not easily accessible from the back. This made the job much more difficult. The Evanoff crew did an amazing job making sure that all materials to be discarded were dropped off the roof in the front of the house, not the back. There was no landscaping damage or litter, and cleanup was very thorough. The crew did a wonderful job and were all very professional and courteous. The final result is beautiful and I am very pleased with it. I am happy to recommend Nicholas Evanoff Co. for any roofing job. <br />"
