After they finished the job and were testing the new setup, we found water was coming in my apartment. They stayed an extra 3 hours troubleshooting where the water was coming from, including breaking through walls when needed. It ended up being an outdoor faucet pipe that had cracked in the wall and was ruing things. They were there for a total of 7 1/2 hours and never complained. I offered for them to come back another day to fix the new issue, but they kept saying that they didn't want to leave me with issues. Iâ ve had plumbers in the past not want to take the time to break through a wall and find the issues, who didnâ t test things thoroughly and leave while there were still issues. These guys were a breath of fresh air."
