When the techs arrived, we were told that our basement POSSIBLY had asbestos tiling, and therefore they were unable to use the power analysis machine, or whatever it's called. In another bathroom, AC replaced a shallow bath tub with a deeper soaking tub. They were able to match the existing ceramic tile and replaced all the plumbing and electrical fixtures.
