"We had a truly fantastic experience with Duker’s! First off, I want to point out that, since we wanted to have a company pack us AND move us, a big factor in our decision was feeling like we were going to hire someone who we could trust to *handle* all our things - not just boxes but actually picking up our things, carefully packing them into boxes, and then moving us. Therefore, when we interviewed movers, we were looking for someone who we felt was not only professional and careful and courteous and trustworthy, but also someone who we felt would actually CARE about the person and the job they were working on. Johnny and his team - Danielle, Brandon, Asian, Shannon, Jimmy and Josh are like that - they personally care. Ours was a daunting task requiring two moving trucks and hundreds of boxes plus furniture, with a house that in some areas was so full of things you could barely walk....yet they never once complained or seemed tired of the tediousness of it all, and in fact were usually joking or having fun with each other! They were exceedingly careful and honest about cash or similar items they found as they packed, and they went above and beyond in terms of being careful - at one point they moved a large load up a flight of stairs with wet paint and didn’t even touch the paint ANYwhere - unbelievable! They even took the time to empty our poopy diaper bin before packing it - never would have expected or asked them to do that. They were truly fantastic! Highly recommend!!!"
