"I have used the Leaky Cellar several times to address foundation leaks in my home. The service comes with a lifetime warranty and I have been pleased with the work performed. In Spring of 2016 I contacted the Leaky Cellar due to a modest leak from a storm in an area they had previously repaired (warranty support). Shortly after they left I noticed that they had dripped product on carpet in my basement hallway and stairwell when they exited. "I had gutter failure from huge storm in KC area last weekend, which caused water to pool in front of a basement window well and led to my basement flooding. I tried calling many other gutter companies, but they all were 2-3 weeks or 2-3 months booked out. the owner of 5 Star construction came out to give a bid, and immediately said that he would take one of is crews off another project to immediately address put up the new gutters so as to avoid further flooding into my basement. He said my situation was way more urgent than his other customers. He had a crew out the very next day to put up the new 6" gutters with splash guards, and addressing some of the other minor siding repairs."

"Jim Roberts was very helpful and understanding on this project.  The basic reason for the work was to fix broken swimming pool pipes underneath a concrete deck.  This was a small job and I had many problems trying to work with other contractors on getting them to show-up.  Jim responded when I contacted him.  His bid was appropriate for the work and he came out tore out the deck.  Then he waited a couple of weeks while the pool pipes were dug up and fixed.  He came back within a week of calling, set forms, and completed the project.  During the whole process he returned all my calls and even called to check on the progress of the pool repair.
