It went fine. Dave came to Peoria to do our job and did a very good job on the doors. I was not the supervisor but was told everything was done according to the condo boards liking and that right there tells me the most because we have some board members who expect high quality work and they got it . Dave the owner is someone who will not accept any work associated with his company AOM or his name be anything but top of the line. As I said before he is very good at what he does . He came here to refinish the entrance way on the front of the our building Chateau Touraine. He sanded off all the old stuff and put new stain and sealer on the doors and spruced up the wood areas around and above the main doors. The whole area is now back to what it use to be. I am not sure when the doors were installed but I know they are back to looking almost new again. I guessed that the doors are about 12-15 years old. Like I said before Dave and his employees are always there to please and have hit a home run with us again. I am sure that I will be hiring AOM again to do more work in my condo and I am sure the condo board will be doing the same. "We were above and beyond satisfied with Coopers Construction!  The owner, Josh was very easy to work with and his crew was equally as awesome!  Josh was always available to take phone calls if necessary and was on the worksite daily.  He and his crew showed up on time and worked all day!  The paint job on the outside of the house looks amazing, we have had several compliments on it from neighbors.  Each and every drop of paint (which was not many) was cleaned up and our house was left looking spotless.  Not only did he paint the house he repaired a gutter for us at little more then the cost of materials and even helped the moving crew with a large piece.  Our basement had a flooding issue upon move in as well, Josh really helped us figure out how to work with our insurance company and what steps needed to be taken in order to "fix" the problem.  I would use him a million times over for any type of contract work!"
