They know Codes and they know which codes are safety issues. 3) They show up on time, every time. 4) They keep you informed 5) They are flexible. When my large project required multiple changes at the 9th hour, they walked through everything with me and took time to understand the scope of work. 6) They made relevant recommendations and suggestions. They thought about things I had not considered, such as the simple need for an outlet in a bathroom that I had not noticed was missing or how one might naturally move through a house and where a switch for a fan vs. light may be helpful. 7) They alerted me to potential problems I might face with their work; e.g. plaster walls sometimes crumble when disturbed for electrical work. 8) They asked my preferences; minimal drywall damage vs. moving fixtures to ensure they align. 9) They accurately predicted the time to complete the work and finished on time. 10) They were careful to secure my home when they left each day 11) They cleaned up when the work was complete. "After looking for someone for a very long time I came across Joe on Angie's List.  He said he was about a week out and the next week he called as promised.  The jets had not worked in a couple of years but when we powered it up, everything worked!  Joe took the time to inspect the threads on a nozzle that popped out on start up.  One was broken and he said he'd try to find another nozzle.  He reinstalled the nozzle and it has stayed put so far.  Joe provided a lot of information and said he didn't see the need to open up the panel at this point since all was working.  I agreed.  If the problem reappears there is no doubt I will call Joe.  A trust worthy good guy.

"Everything went great.  Fritz delivered the trailer the weekend before the work was to start, giving me ample time to unload the garage and even paint the walls myself first.  His team arrived on time on the day of the work and was very professional checking with me to make sure that they had everything right.
They started by grinding down the old floor, getting rid of any stains that were on there.  Then Fritz himself came and applied the first coating of the flooring.  They then applied a thick layer of paint chips to make sure the floor was covered with the coloring that I had ordered.  They vacuumed up the excess.  Finally they applied a clear coating on the top of the paint.  The result was a beautiful floor that some compared to a granite countertop.
On the second day they came out and hung all of the cabinets, overhead racks, and wall storage equipment.  This was all done very professionally and is all solid and high quality equipment.  They even hung a couple of Sam's Club racks that I had bought myself (for a small additional fee).  
Afterward I realized that there were a couple more wall mounted hooks that I wanted.  Fritz was able to get these ordered and installed as well.  He was always very patient and professional in all dealings that I had with him.  
Everything got done before our party.  At the party I can't even count the number of people who came up to me out of the blue and complimented how great the flooring looked.  Fritz is the man when it comes to redoing a garage.  I'm very happy with how everything turned out.
