"King's Mitagators responded quickly to my request, which was greatly appreciated. Sam came out to inspect and quote the job and he could not have been easier to work with during this process. He fully explained the contract specifics and was able to schedule the job within a reasonable timeframe. He kept in contact through out the process and was responsive when I had questions. Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Such a skilled professional and personally just the nicest person ever. He had two properties to handle and was extremely accommodating in scheduling between the jobs. "Hired them to pour a concrete pad. Pad was poured 2 months ago, & the quote included removing the forms as well as putting the dirt back around the pad. I've been told repeatedly that they would come back & finish, still haven't come back after 2 months. Texts & phone calls are ignored."
