The repairs were costly but worth it had the body not suddenly fallen apart right after I got it back. Very strange, it was fine when sent out and their claim was "oh well, needs to be repaired again at a further cost" Over all I love Electolux canister vascular for ease and great suction as long as the bags are frequently changed. One more point that was disappointing is that the blower on the new machine is terrible. No umph! Older models great in that dept ."
