"The cost last time was probably like $100 because I did not actually have them moved us entirely. I had them just load us up because we were moving away from the city. They were really polite and professional with our stuff. They really actually helped me meet what price point I needed to meet by giving me suggestions and things so that I could be more ready for them when they showed up. The owner has fantastic customer service and he really trains the assistants to be professional and represent the company when they show up. They would give you a heads-up. It is a moving company so they could not nail it down to the minute that they would be there, but they would always give you a call 20 or 30 minutes away and so you have a warning. "Overall, the repair was ultimately completed and Eddie Eddie was responsive and prompt making the repairs. Price originally agreed to was adhered to. However, it was a tedious multiple trip to finish. The first two round trips were to take the power head to be repaired and pick up the repaired head. When we tried to use the repaired head, we noticed that the level adjustment for thickness of carpet pile was missing! Trip 3 to get that reinstalled. Tried to use again and the reset button and indicator for level were mis-aligned. Trip 4 to get that fixed. Then, the level adjustment would not stay in place. Trip 5 to get that fixed. I'm certain that Eddie Eddie was tired of seeing me show up to get the same part fixed. Probably not as disappointed as I was having to make so many round trips as I was."

"He's a really nice guy. He was worth what I paid them. He is much more punctual than I am. I left my vacuum there for 5 months and he kept it for me. He is a real patient guy. He is easy to get to but he's a long way from me. The vacuum repair was $135 because he has to replace the reel. The sewing machine was $79. He was not pushy and he didn't try to push me to buy something. He told me I had a good machine and I liked him. He used to work on Singer sewing machines. I like his website. He said he's been working on sewing machines for 35 years. He explained my vacuum to me. He is very professional. It is a little hole in the wall place but it was easy to get to. He has a guy working for me and they know what they are doing."
