"They installed it the same day, though they could've scheduled it for a later date. It was done within 2 hours of my initial call. Wayne Sr. Owner and Sales, and Wayne Jr., Installer, were outstanding. They even brought over a demo hose and power head for me to try. The next day I went and purchased a Nutone Accessory kit as I have a very expensive and deep carpet for my basement, and what I currently have didn't work well. I'm extremely satisfied. Straight shooters and kind folks."

"They were very helpful. They made one error in the countertops that they delivered here after I had been to the store and ordered it. When they delivered it they found out that they had cut the opening for the sink in the wrong place. They had to come pick it up and replace it and I was afraid that I would be charged for it. I was going through all my slips of paper. They called up their computer information about my visit there when I ordered the countertops and they immediately thought that they had made the error. They just couldn't have been nicer about it and I was really very relieved. It was unfortunate thing to happen, but they came picked up the one that had been cut wrong put that back and replaced it rather quickly with a new countertop that was just perfect. I didn't pay for anything at all in terms of what happened during delivery. The other thing that happened was as I said I had ordered a kitchen sink and faucet I found a faucet that I liked online and they didn't happen to carry that particular one. They had that same brand or manufacture, but this particular one that I had found and wanted to order they didn't carry it, but they did order it for me. When that got delivered and I unpacked it I realized that it was way too big for my kitchen. So, I went back and asked them about it. Their policy would not have them to take it back. In fact, at the service desk a young woman told me that and I asked her if she would mind if I could talk to the manager about the permit and she told me to go ahead. When I spoke to him he also said that he acknowledged that their policy didn't carry that model. In the store it had been specially ordered and ordinarily they would not have taken it back and exchanged it for something else. In any case, they went ahead and did that for me as well and I was really looking towards that too. They were really very nice about the whole thing. I had a very positive experience with them. To me as a buyer it was important to establish a rapport with them in store because I think it helped a lot when I went back and explained that I needed to make some changes. The other thing is that going to a big store like that as opposed to a small place where we automatically get that super personal service I felt that they did a really nice job of customer service. They were friendly, patient and were thorough about things. When I came back about the countertop they made it easy to deal with them on a longer term basis on a project like this because it did take some time. I ordered things and we had a slur going in and some other things happening in the house and we didn't get around to installing all of this until sometime after I had ordered it. So, it was kind of a long term project and I thought they were really excellent at that."

"Professional job each time. Looks great, works great. I have no idea how he got the wires run inside my walls from the basement on one side of my house, to the main level on the other side of my house. No dangling wires. Security when I'm not at home via my phone application. I checked things out while I was Mexico! Trouble-shooting over the phone solves most of my human error problems."

"This was a great service -- Joe cleaned at least six inches of dust, tobacco, and who-knows-what-else from the furnace ducts of an investment property we bought. Before Joe came, every time the furnace turned on, the air was practically un-breathable, smelling of cigarette smoke and general awfulness. Joe helped make the whole place smell amazing.
