"We contracted in April 2015.  Due to frequent rains, it was impractical to perform the tasks at that time.  Finally, in July a spate of 'dry' weather afforded him the opportunity to perform these tasks.  He was fast, efficient, and if other knowledgeable contractors are an indication; compliments were for the excellence of his work!  We had a number of others working on our house at the time, many commenting on the tuck pointing.

"The project took longer than expected, but ended up wonderful.  They needed to come out twice to get it right, but by the end my tub looked great.  The first time, they sanded off the old finish and then spray-coated several coats of new finish.  There was some sort of malfunction with the application process or the sprayer mechanism, such that the whole tub felt "sandy", rough, and had small bubbles in some areas.  I called the owner and described the problem, and he allowed that that was absolutely NOT OK, and sent the workman back out as soon as possible.  He ended up sanding and re-doing the whole tub (a lot of work!), and it now is beautiful.  There is a small amount of texture (different than the high gloss epoxy I had before, which failed), but this is just to enhance the anti-slip properties of the tub.  The color is a pleasing white, and looks great.  Totally satisfied, just sorry that it took more than one try.  But...they came out a second time with no complaint...100% satisfied with customer service and end result.  Oh, and price -- lower than the franchise guys and a local business.  Win-win.
