"Arrived on time (Rick and Bob) and completed dry wall repairs quickly and professionally. Very satisfied with quality of work and care taken with post-work cleanup. Rick went beyond the work contract and offered to locate and calk the exterior mortar cracks were causing the inside leaks. Many thanks to Rick and Bob for a job well done!
Highly Recommended!

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Alvie and his partner did a great job of getting my stuck sliding glass door functional again. Good communication and cost were positives. I’ll use him again."

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

"DNA did a phenomenal job repairing our loud creaky stairs. They were very responsive with communication and were flexible and gracious to work us into their busy schedule."

"The repairs went well, the quality was great. The repeated calls to actually get them to show up was very unprofessional. I will not hire them again."
