"I'm that person who has a general distrust of contractors due to a few truly terrible experiences. I blame myself for these bad experiences because I didn't vet the people I hired throughly enough. With the retaining wall bordering my driveway was collapsing and the driveway beginning to split, I knew this wasn't a project I could brush off, so I began an intense search for contractors. Using Angie, I found two contractors I liked for the job, but hired Hector Santucci because he presented a better plan for the restoration of that portion of the driveway that was going to be damaged while removing the old wall. Santucci Brothers has shown me there are good, professional, honest contractors out there, if you just take the time to find them. Hector Santucci and his crew were professional, polite and excellent at their jobs. These are some true craftsmen. Not only is my new wall massive, strong, built to last, but it's quite beautiful. In particular, while the mortar joints on the old wall, which was built by hacks, were three, sometimes as much as four inches wide, Hector's crew tightened everything up, fitting the stones together beautifully, even recessing the mortar on the face. When they were done, they cleaned everything up, power washed the driveway, and even planted new grass. Santucci Brothers stayed on estimate, stayed on schedule, and lived up to everything they had promised me. Communicating with them was easy and efficient."

"Miguel and his team know what they are doing. They did everything right with our kitchen floors and bathroom. They redid everything in the bathroom, from walls, floors, plumbing, electrical, and shower. Miguel is an expert and was able to anwser all my questions. He would call back when he saw my missed call. The bathroom is upgraded and my wife and I are enjoying it. I will recommend Miguel and his team for anything you need done."

"We remodeled a bathroom and bedroom that were so old and outdated, and looked for many contractors before deciding on Ronan and Loti Contracting. Five stars cannot express how happy we were with the experience - there should be more. From start to finish Ronan and his crew were skilled, professional, and their work is excellent. When we hit snags (which we expected in this older space) he was able to give us reasonable options. And we went with more detailed tiles and the tile work is exquisite. He transformed the bathroom from a place we hated to use into our own personal spa - we had to add a tub and plumbing to the space and he executed our vision perfectly. "Danny and his team are incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of home remodeling, work hard and fast, maintain excellent communication, and do it at a fair, no-surprises cost. They took on a project that turned into a gut renovation of our 100-year-old basement and turned a dank, cramped pair of rooms into a bright, functional space where my kids can play safely and I can work comfortably. They demo'ed an old kitchen, knocked out walls, built custom cabinetry and storage, rerouted piping and electrical components, even took time to experiment to make a match for the disrupted floor tiles. They painted the walls, painted and stained the steps, and did other projects like hang a new attic door and install a new toilet. I will be calling Champion exclusively for all my future home maintenance/improvement needs. Cannot recommend them enough."
