"Everything was handled professionally all the way thru the process. They have 4 additional warehouses you can use for selection of the granite. We ended up using the warehouse down on Sherman Av, and were treated with courtesy and professionalism. Our 2 final selections were also much lower in cost then expected. Just for Granite was substantially lower in overall cost than one of their competitors that advertise cheap prices. And also included the 15 year sealing at no additional cost."

"I initially contacted Cindy on 11/12/2012. I had to leave a message and she called me back in a day or 2. I explained what I wanted and she asked if I wanted it done before Thanksgiving. I advised no, but I would like it done by Christmas. She said Chris would need to stop by and see exactly what I wanted and she would check with him and then let us know when he could come by. Christmas came and went and we did not hear back from them. We went on vacation in January and when we returned we called them again the first of February. Chris and his helper did stop by in the next few days and we determined what type of sink and faucet I wanted. Chris said it should be in stock and he would have Cindy call me about setting up a time for the next week. I didn't hear from them that week and when I called the next week Cindy said they had to order the sink and it would be in in 3 weeks which would be 3/11/13. It finally came in later than estimated and Conrad came to install on 3/23/2013. He pulled my old sink and faucets and was putting plumbing together on new sink when he discovered the sink was defective. They said they would have to reorder and would contact me when they received it. Long story long, the new sink was finally delivered and installed on 4/10/2013. We do realize that the defective sink was not their fault but the whole experience was very frustating. In the end, we were pleased with the product and the installation. Conrad did a very nice job installing and cleaning up.
Overall, customer service and communication were not the best.

"I think it was fine. Actually, my wife coordinated that one but I don't think we have any problems with it. I'm not sure if we paid extra charge aside from the deal because  I wasn't at home when the guy came out to do the job. We've used them before and they are the one who installed the water system in our house. I don't think they standout exemplary or horribly bad but the service that they have provided to us was what we expected."

"Michael Cleveland was able to come over very quickly and helped me resolve several problems. The main one was a hood vent fan that had debris from storm damage to roof lodged in it. He was able to disassemble, clean and put it all back together in very short order. He then installed several patio lights for me. He also gave me some really helpful advice on how to repair a damaged electrical outlet box. This enabled me to make the repair myself and eliminated the need to replace the box and the likelihood of damaging drywall, etc.

Michael seemed very competent and familiar with a wide range of handyman type problems. He was willing to give advice and share tips with me as well.

I am very pleased and would recommend him to anyone.

"It went very well - Limpus worked with us to implement what we wanted, even as we were trying to figure it out.  The cabinets were delivered when promised (even early), and the Limpus crew completed the installation in one day.  The entire process, including preparation, laying a new floor, plumbing and electrical work, took about two weeks.  They worked closely with Andy O'Brien (O'Brien Remodeling) who did the necessary demolition and construction.  Everything was perfectly coordinated and was completely satisfactory.  I cannot recommend Andy O'Brien strongly enough.  The $14,000 figure was for both providers."

"Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."

Marty picked up the phone and told me he would be able to come out the following morning, even though it was a Sunday! Marty has been a pleasure to work with. He took the time to make sure I understood what the problems were and the reasoning behind the repairs. He also had a detailed quote ready for me the same day. Marty will definitely be my first call next time I need any of his services!"

"After several discussions and redesigns, we settled on a final cabinet design for large flat screen TV and electronic gear, as well as lots of storage and book shelves. They were punctual, cleaned up after them selves and were very professional to work with. AND as we loaded in the equipment, they made shelving adjustment cuts for the wiring. I would highly recommend them, though they were on the high side of pricing we looked into. I believe they were worth it!"
