The Sales person, Joel, came to my home and was very pleasant and easy to work with. The price was excellent compared to a previous estimate by another company, and he took pictures and explained exactly what would be done. I had a leak in my family room so I was concerned about the wait time for the installation. He assured me he would get me scheduled as soon as he could and to my surprise it could be done within a few days. The installer, Mike, was on time and professional, he also explained the installation process and the materials being used. He found an issue with my downspout and took care of that repair. The flat roof looks awesome and I am extremely pleased and happy with everything."
