"My wife and I were considering having some remodeling done to our house but we were not sure how it would all work. A friend recommended we hire an architect or draftsman to help with the ideas. We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. Antonio communicated clearly with me, every step of the construction process.  After removing the siding, there was additional water damage underneath that required additional work.  He carefully showed me and explained what had to be done, and we revised the scope of the work.  My husband and I felt that he showed a lot of honesty and integrity in carefully outlining and showing us additional work needed, that could not be seen until the siding was removed. We felt he was very fair with us in his pricing for the scope of the work.

He helped us review the composite siding options and warranties, and brought us samples for the siding and decking, at different price points and explained in detail differences between each. He and his crew came punctually and on the schedule that Antonio had laid out for us.  They were meticulous in their clean-up as well.
