"Two mornings ago we discovered an exterior water leak that appeared to be coming from under our slab. Bertucci Bros agreed to come and assess our problem. They arrived in less than 90 minutes and after some digging discovered a small leak from a pipe 3 feet into/under the house slab. We turned the main water supply to the house off but were assured that we could turn it on from time to time to flush toilets and shower (without further damage to house or slab), until they could come back out the next morning to fix the leak. Well, of course it rained torrentially the next day, so they couldn't come and work until the following morning. They arrived at 8 am sharp and began digging to give room to access the leaking pipe. They then cut out and replaced the broken part of the pipe, and refilled the large hole. Their timeliness with the repair was much appreciated. The estimate was $1,100 and that was the final cost. They were neat, efficient and fairly priced. We will use them again and recommend their services."

He recommended replacing the sink rather than trying to replace busted Grohe hot water cartridge (due to age and cost). So he then came back the next day to install the faucet we went and bought. A few days later we noticed a small leak had developed, so he returned a day later (no cost to us) and resealed to stop the leak. Despite having to drive from Eastbank to Westbank three times and spend 90 mins on labor, the total charge was $142. Totally fair."

He went to supply house and sent me photos of various pot fillers so I could select a suitable replacement. He and his assistant installed, tested and cleaned up . He also checked leaking utility sink in workshop and identified cracked p trap nut. Replaced and tested. He was not cheap; but reasonably priced for parts and service. Was professional in attitude and appearance."
