"My washer was leaking. Larry was the only one that responded to me at all. He was polite and professional. Unfortunately, the necessary repairs could not be made, so I do have to buy a new one. If anything happens to any of my other appliances, I will call him again. "

"Within the last several years, this is the 4th time we've had Action Appliance come out to service our appliance needs - once for our washer, once for our dryer, and twice for our oven. Each time - from scheduling to repair - they've been honest, pleasant, helpful, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. They also keep detailed records, which they review prior to performing any repairs, and they have never tried to "sell" us on something we didn't need. I have recommended them to others in the past and will continue to do so."
