"I forgot the man's name but he said our stackable w/d was from the 90s and couldn't get parts, he said just get a new one. We have him 150$ cash and he left. It turns out the machine is dated 06/08. We have a picture. We'd like at least part of the 150$ returned since he was incorrect and didn't do any work except telling us we need the new appliance. Danny came when he said he would, looked at my dishwasher and said that the piece of rubber coming off was just noise canceling and took it off for me. He checked the dishwasher to make sure it ran okay before he left. Best part was that he said because it was so minor, that he would not charge me! Something that you never hear anymore; that’s for sure!! I will be calling him in the future and recommending highly to people I know. "

"Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"
