"Great service. Eddie Cox come out on a Monday and told me what the worker would do. The worker came out on Wednesday on time both days and did and amazing job. The worker clean up all concrete you would never know they were there.I live in LaPlata had to get permission to widen the end of my driveway. You would never know that that they touch my driveway it look beautiful. I call several concrete companies in Charles county and these company were rude and took week to call me back. One companies I call still waiting for a call back. But thank to 7th State Builders, LLC I got the job done and excellent job. Due to a stroke I had the driveway widen to give me more freedom. "We obtained several opinions and quotes, and decided to go with Mark and his team because they provided several solutions for the issue: 1) Install pipe underground that connected our sump pump output to a pop-up at the bottom of the yard, so that water from the sump pump could no longer saturate the lawn 2) plant topsoil and grass, so that the water had a place to go instead of just washing the mud down the hill, and 3) redo the concrete step at the base of our walkway with a gradient so that water would no longer collect there. All three solutions worked. We have since had two storms and our walkway has remained puddle and mud-free. Furthermore, Mark was very professional. Proactive communication, arrived on-time as expected. Called before he came by. Mark proved to be trustworthy, and followed-through on everything he said he would do. Chesapeake Recycling had just the right size at a good, competitive price.  I was also concerned about throwing all those asphalt shingles in the landfill. This company recycles building materials, keeping them out of landfills and re-using them for other purposes. My old shingles will be recycled and re-used for something, not sitting in a landfill for thousands of years. Owner JoLynn told me they recycle all sorts of construction materials and other stuff like appliance, and paper from basement clean-outs.  I had never rented a dumpster before, and they made everything easy for me and took a lot of worry off my mind."

"IF YOU DON'T HIRE THIS GUY YOU'RE CRAZY. LET ME SAY IT AGAIN. IF YOU DONT HIRE THIS GUY YOU'RE CRAZY!!!! Dave came out and gave me a quote detailing exactly what he was going to do for me. The job was pretty detailed. I had a 40 x 40 basketball court that needed to be removed. This included hauling away 25 - 30 tons of concrete as well as countless railroad ties. Once the winter weather broke he called to say we could get started. After removing basketball court, he returned yard to it's original grade and buried gutter lines to flow away from slope. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the job Dave did for our family."
