"Lonnie saved me thousands of dollars. He figured out that I didn't need a line out to the back of my yard. He was able to fix me right up for a fraction of the original estimate by my usual plumber. While Lonnie and his crew were covering up the trench the other plumbers dug, they accidently damaged two of my sprinklers. I told him I wanted them fixed, and he told me he would do it. Now I didn't really expect that I would ever see him again, but he was true to his word. He replaced both sprinklers. He is a man of his word, and I highly recommend him."

"He confirmed there was a small leak but could not locate it exactly to be certain where to do the repair, because we were having roofing and remodeling done that echoed in the slab, so it was too noisy to hear properly with his listening equipment. The leak was small and not inside the house so we agreed to call him back at no extra detection cost when the other work was finished and he could hear. Also, two toilets in the home were old and working inefficiently and needed to be replaced immediately. Also, I learned that with cast iron pipes, you need to run more pressure water or else you stand to cause plugs in the line. Part of the service provided this day was to inform and educate me and my family in the construction and materials used in old homes like mine. Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"Storm responded promptly to my email and was able to come by the same morning. He determined that the turbines were damaged and would need to be replaced. We already had some of the roof shingles. Storm went to Home Depot and purchased the replacement turbines and installed them and replaced the necessary shingles. He inspected the roof and added some needed silicone caulk. Storm detected the smell of methane from one of the turbines and asked to take a look in the attic. He showed me where one of the bathroom vent pipes was clearly damaged and we agreed that he would return the next day to repair the pipe.
