"I would like to say Pro Pest Removal offered me another month free and bring more traps. By that time I did not want to deal with them anymore. So, Rick, the owner, refunded my money and left the three traps he brought out, I know he told Home Advisor they had been out three times but that is not so. Rick came on February 18th with three traps, I paid him upfront 250 dollars and never saw him again. I hope this company can get it together and treat their clients with a little more respect.
