"I found this business through Angi's List and theirs was 1 of 4 estimates that I got. Their estimate was the lowest of the 4 and I went about trying to find a reason not to choose them. Materials and warranties quoted were the same or comparable to the other quotes we received. I checked bbb.org and they were a BBB Accredited Business with an A- rating. The BBB's "Reason for the Rating" was for "Length of time business has been operating" (about 1 year). There were no complaints listed and many 5-star reviews. When we accepted the quote, we were told that installation would be about 6 weeks out, which is what it turned out to be. Materials and a dumpster were delivered on a Wednesday and the installation crew arrived about 7:30am the next day. They got right to work laying down tarps and preparing to strip off our old shingles (they even laid tarps over part of our in-ground pool to prevent debris from falling in). The roof installation was completed, a thorough clean-up performed and the roofing crew left about 5:30pm. The dumpster was removed the next morning. The gutter installation was completed by a separate crew 1 week later. We couldn't be happier with the job they did and highly recommend Skyline Exteriors."

He showed up at my home the day of the installation more than once to check on every thing. He answered texts and phone calls from me promptly and courteously. He sent me before and after photos of my home. He followed up afterwards to make sure a couple errors on the job were corrected. He was friendly, kind, and fun to work with. He promised to follow up with me once he gets more info on a question I asked him for which he wasn't sure of the answer. He is a shining example of what a salesperson should be like. It was a great relief to me not to be lied to or pushed into something or have part of the job left undone like two previous roofing experiences I have had in the past.
