"As many of you know--finding a reputable home improvement company can be quite a challenge. We had some major projects to do in our yard and initially reached out to multiple companies requesting bids on building a 40 x 10 foot pergola, repairing a cedar fence and staining another major structure in our yard. Our experience in contacting home improvement companies was so disappointing. Inaccurate bids, no shows, and people showing up that presented themselves as home improvement companies but didn’t know what the heck they were doing. "I worked with Minnesota Kitchens for a full kitchen and dining room remodel. After doing some extensive research and comparing quotes from various contractors, I decided to go with Minnesota Kitchens. Their quote was right in line with other contractors, but what sold me on using them was their timeliness in getting back to me with their final quote/estimate. After our initial meeting, I received my estimate the next day. We then tweaked and modified a few things to get to the design and price that I was comfortable with. Tessa, their designer was a dream to work with in helping me find the ideal style and aesthetics, for my kitchen, that I was looking for. During the process, each contractor did their work in a timely manner and always left the work area clean and orderly after they were done. Trevor was part of the team when we were finishing a kitchen remodel in 2014.  At that time we had him open a space in a wall for a future cabinet, but not cut through the wall until we knew what we wanted.  We figured out what would work best and asked him to finish the wall cut-out and smooth the sides so the new cabinet will fit.  While Trevor cut the drywall, his helper vacuumed up all the dust.  They also moved a storage unit to another room.  Trevor also answered some questions I had about a problem outside. 

They were done with everything within 40 min and no dust or drywall fragments remained.  I'm sure he will return to help with some other job in the future.
