"Technician showed up ten minutes early and was very polite. He told me right away he was overbooked for the day and might only be able to do the sewer main as the secretary did not give him enough time to do the work on his schedule. Luckily, with him being early and working quickly he was able do both items and did a great job. There was a minor hiccup when his equipment did some very minor damage at top of my stairs and he immediately filled out accident report, offered to make second trip to repair and I said was not needed. As way of apology he deducted cost of shower drain cleaning from my bill which I thought was fair. This is a nice family owned company and I plan on hiring them again!"

"We asked Capra's to stay off hard surfaces because we didn't want the back hoe to damage the driveway. To avoid the driveway John needed to drive the back hoe up a steep hill. It was more difficult to do this than going up the driveway, and John did it without complaint. Mike Capra did the original estimate and correctly diagnosed the problem from my description over the phone. When he came to prepare the estimate, he verified his diagnosis by opening the clean-out. We asked Mike to fix the problem as soon as possible. Even though he was booking jobs 2 months out he was able to accommodate us 2 days later. While pulling out a broken pipe another pipe broke off. Mike immediately came out, discussed the problem with John and Nick, and determined the best way to proceed. This doubled the amount of work they needed to do. It was late in the day and neither John or Nick complained about staying late. During their repair they moved the clean-out from the inside of the house to the outside. The clean-out was originally located in the finished part of the basement. Even though the man hours required to do the job almost doubled, Mike stood by his original estimate. John and Nick were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and worked well as a team. We would rate them more than an "A" if we could!"

"We had a sewer back up on a Friday morning. I called around 9am and arranged for someone to come out at 3pm the same day. Scott showed up at about 310pm. He did two runs of 115 feet and cleared tree roots. I gave me advice regarding a new cover for my access pipe. It took about 1 1/2 hours. Very well done."
