During the install, the crew was punctual, hardworking, meticulous with their craft, professional, and took great care with our home and property. The project was finished on-time and on-estimate. They even went above and beyond by helping remove old cedar shingles and prepping multiple cheekwall areas adjacent to the roof for a future project we were planning. And the install was not easy, as our roof is large with many angles and cheekwalls to contend with – not to mention that it was done in late December during cold temps and some inclement weather. "I am VERY late in writing this review, but as I was in the Angies List site I thought I'd put this review in. I can't say enough good things about Vaillancourt Roofing. I had a leak in my roof, winter was coming on and no other roofer would call me back. As an act of humanity Adam and Dave drove down from NH to look at my roof even though they don't do repairs in my area - Carlisle, MA ( I understand they could possibly do roof replacement in my area). They came when they said they would and they found the leak quickly. The leak was from my chimney. They aren't mason's necessarily, but they put a temporary fix to the chimney, so I could rest easy until the next Spring when I could address it. They didn't charge me and were done in about an hour. I wish my roof itself needed replacement, if it did I'd all them in an instant. Just wanted to put in this review as I owe it to these great folks."

"I had leaky roof. Of 3 contractors who came to take a look, only Ramon from NMTI pointed out an uneven surface that seemed to be good place to look for an issue. I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time. The team was all very pleasant. They scheduled the job quickly, once we agreed on details and I would work with them again. Thanks, guys!"

"They were hired to replace the roof on my 3 level three-family, which had 3 layers of shingles on it!! (Which is illegal btw, but what do I know?) Collected deposit, materials and dumpster the day before, done in 1.5 days!! Workers are very polite! Owner stayed in contact with me throughout! Called them to request that they come back to go over some areas again with a magnet, he came back and did the whole property! But now I test easy knowing I've got a 50 year warranty on my roof! Owner came back to collect the balance due, and I was amazed, bc my house was built in 1890, chances are good that those 3 layers of shingles are from the original roof, so I was AMAZED that they only needed 3 sheets of plywood, I thought there would be more damage, what a blessing!! They were honest to a single woman whom they could have lied to and they didnt!! Hopefully there are no more nails in the yard, but if there are, I'm sure the owner will come back again! So yes, I would recommend All Weather Exteriors to anyone looking for quality at a great price and professionally done!!"
