From the initial conversation to the end, Mark was very accommodating. He also gave us some idea as well. Originally he was going to have more guys to work on the lawn, but ended up having 2 guys working on it due to one other guy was not available. At first I was a bit skeptical on the progress, but at the end it turned out amazing. He even came over to check on the lawn a week after it was completed to make sure it's done correctly. "They delivered the mulch on time. However they will not put the mulch in the yard, it must be on the driveway. The delivery man informed me that the Owner wouldn't allow it because he had a truck sink in a yard more than likely in a shallow septic system leaching field. I could understand that as long as the homeowner didn't know their own yard. It just made it very difficult for me being a 60+ year old to shovel it onto a wheelbarrow and get it across the yard. Other than that, the mulch is of excellent quality and lasted quite a long time."
