The second part of my experience was the roof replacement process. I really appreciated the constant communication from the project manager, Jose Vargas. Jose was able to keep me up to date on the progress of the project and walk me through the work done afterward. I also received messages from the office project team with updates on material deliveries and repair dates. Going through any major home repair or replacement can be a very stressful task. "Actual bill was considerably higher than estimate. Company blamed insurance company for discrepancy. However, estimate was prepared before insurance company made its estimate. Damage was done to the side of the house in process of replacing the roof. Trash trailer was left on premises for three days after the roof job was completed. <br />"
