"Master Granite and Marble did an excellent job of replacing our laminate countertops with granite. We were impressed from the moment we walked into the store. Tony Bianco, the owner, was very responsive to all of our questions. The showroom is full of products and their granite fabrication yard in Midway had a very large selection of granite in all price ranges. We were able to select the slabs we wanted used for our countertops and they set them aside until we were ready for installation. The fabrication staff was top notch and Rodrigo and his assistant did an oustanding job of installing the countertops. They fit perfectly and look absolutely beautiful. They also installed a granite windowsill in the window above the kitchen counter - it looks great and adds to the overall appearance of the kitchen. Sarah and Stan were also very helpful; in fact, everyone with whom we have had contact has been extremely professional and thoroughly responsive. We had looked at several other granite stores and found the best price at Master Granite and Marble. We greatly enjoyed our experience with Master Granite and Marble and highly recommend them."

"My wife and I wanted new hard woods in our house but had very specific requirements that we could not typically find locally.  My wife wanted a dark floor while I wanted extreme durability in a natural hard wood.  We did our homework and decided that Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) most closely matched what we wanted.  <br /> After looking locally for something that fit the bill, the flooring we found was either over $12 sq/ft (too expensive) or not dark enough.  I started searching on-line and ran across Brazilian Direct.  Their prices seemed reasonable (a bit over $6 sq/ft for what we wanted) and they even had a tinted (dark) version of the floor we liked. <br /> After several weeks of questions and further research, we decided to place an order.  We we worked with a representative named Sannon who helped us every step of the way.  She sent us samples, instructions, guides - everything to make us more comfortable about our eventual order.  Our order came right on schedule and the wood was really beautiful.  After several weeks of the required acclimation we had a local installer put the floor down.  They did an excellent job and we really love our floor.  There was very little waste and in fact we had at least 3 boxes left over. <br /> I highly recommend Brazilian Direct.  We are considering using them again for a deck project we'd like to do in the future. <br />"

Scheduling was easy, and the company was highly responsive, even calling one time to say they could come earlier if that worked for me. "I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."
