"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Very prompt service. They quickly diagnosed issues with two appliances. The parts were ordered right away and installed just a couple of days later. Volodymyr was a great technician, very courteous, professional, and easy to work with."

"Yes, I hired a pro from House Appliance Repairs and was able to schedule a time only two days from when I made the request to fix my GE gas clothes dryer which was not heating. The repair man arrived promptly on time, diagnosed the problem and replaced a couple of coils on the gas control valve using a parts kit that he had in his van. He vacuumed up the dust on the interior of the unit. After reassembling and testing the dryer, he was done, just 50 minutes after he arrived. I would recommend this repair company to anyone who asked me about appliance repairs."

"Outstanding service! Very professional and honest, no games or upselling. He quickly identified the issue with my gas burner, made the necessary adjustments, and had it working perfectly in no time. He even helped fix another small problem with the stove at the same visit and didn’t charge extra. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, efficient, and fair. Highly recommended!"

"Jim removed/replaced a gas oven for me. I would recommend and/or use him again for home improvement projects. He is friendly and knowledgeable"

"Job was done effectively by a very experienced tech. He was very knowledgable and professional. I will definitely hire him for my next appliance repair."

"Very prompt response. Answered our questions. An honest assessment of our problems and suggestions for solutions. I would highly recommend Mike's Appliance Repair."

"Lenny diagnosed the source of failure of two major appliances, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. He carefully explained what parts were defective and came back with a colleague to repair the dishwasher. His analysis of the refrigerator problem prompted me to replace, not repair, the failing unit. His fee seemed reasonable to me, he was good about communicating when he would be able to arrive at my home, and he was reliable about coming when he said he would."

"Tim did a very nice job of fixing parts of the deck where some floor boards were coming lose and adding screws to the flooring for improved stability. Then he completed the job with two coatings. He kept us informed of the progress, worked independently and also cleaned up and replaced deck furniture. Highly recommend!"

"I hired these gentleman to install an over-the-range microwave to replace an existing 1. After 15yrs things changed and mods (small but necessary) were needed. Had a stove that needed to be hooked up as well. They priced out GREAT and did GREAT work (clean up and all). They'll be back soon. Highly recommended!"
