This project included the removal of all the old shingles; replacement of several sheets of plywood; the installation of: ice and water shields, sidewall flashing, chimney flashing, & ridge vent; and then the installation of: GAF underlayment, new GAF architectural shingles, and gutter guards. We were extremely pleased with the contractors timely and professional work. Detailed time was taken to assure that our needs & association requirements were met. All work (including dumpster placement & removal) was completed in one day. The siding company I hired over promised so I could not longer use them. Anthony was very flexible to expand the project to also stucco my garage and family room-addition. After a hard rain, I discovered that one of the leaks was not fixed. He came back to home with another contractor and with the hose in hand found the leak in the brick (not his stucco) and they fixed it. Very responsive, professional and dependable.
