"This review is LONG overdue (sorry Greg!!!) We had Spruce Upscale Remodeling do our ENTIRE kitchen. The whole thing was gutted down to the studs. They installed new insulation and walls, installed our cabinets, farmhouse sink, ALL appliances including gas range, literally everything. They were so accommodating and easy to work with, and got everything done that we wanted and by the end they felt like family! "Went with Manfredia's again! Ran into a problem with the garage roof an a major leak but Manfreida's came through with flying colors. After I put in my call the owner was out to do the estimate for me the same week an even did a little extra by taking down some mushrooms ( ewwww) that had been lurking where the leak had been particularly bad. In order to save my otherwise perfectly good, very full, garage they were even able to fit me into the schedule the following week to get the roof ripped off, re-decked and water tight before an upcoming storm. What a life saver! The crew that came out was very nice and worked swiftly, over all the job took less then three days to complete. They even replaced a small part on the back of the roof that had rotted and replaced all the trim sections with pvc so the carpenter bees wont be be making any more holes! Everything came out wonderfully I enjoy seeing it every time I pull into the driveway. I love working with Manfredia's and will DEFIANTLY be calling again for my next project. Thanks!!"

"Ferenc Tutora is absolutely incredible. We have a two story foyer with a turned staircase going up to a second floor hallway and also going to a hallway to the kitchen. This entire area was wallpapered years ago. He and his crew removed the wallpaper and then cleaned, spackled, and sandpapered the walls. He got off all of the glue and patched everything. The wall was perfect before he even started painting. He and his crew painted everything including the doors, framing, ceilings, window woodwork, and baseboard. He went over the number of squares, height, and molding we wanted in our wainscoting and the entire layout. Then he customized and built the wainscoting. We wanted the panels to be raised so it went with the doors in our home. He put up boards and cut out the center than raised it and put molding around it. He installed baseboard. His work was absolutely incredible. He totally cleaned up when he was done. I trusted him with the code to get into my home and there was no problem. I have done multiple jobs in my home with other companies i.e. redoing kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom, master bathroom, and dining room He is absolutely the best I ever worked for me. Amazing I had six contractors give estimates for my job. Some did not understand that we needed custom wainscoting or had little experience. Ferenc quote was in the lower end of my quotes, but not the lowest. He seemed to understand what we needed and had several pictures of his work. So we hired him and it was a great decision. He also was able to begin work in a reasonable time. It took three weeks which is what he estimated up front."
