"Outstanding service! Very professional and honest, no games or upselling. He quickly identified the issue with my gas burner, made the necessary adjustments, and had it working perfectly in no time. He even helped fix another small problem with the stove at the same visit and didn’t charge extra. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, efficient, and fair. Highly recommended!"

"Technician repaired the refrigerator within 20 minutes or so after I had waited three weeks from my home Warranty service provider which had even ordered a part and it wasnt even the problem my refrigerator was having,"

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Al was fantastic. He constantly updated me on the status and completed the repairs in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend AK Home Repair for any appliance service. Thank you!"

"We had a major issue at our diner when one of our refrigerators gave up during prep. googled, found these guys and called in for emergency repairs and Volodymyr arrived that same afternoon. He got straight to work and used original parts without guessing or patchwork and had the fridge cooling properly again before closing time. Having reliable commercial refrigerator repair in Philadelphia makes a huge difference for small places like ours!"

I have been in the construction industry in some capacity for almost 20 years now. I started in building maintenance and now I mange residential restoration projects ranging from $500-500,000.\nI love what I do and would love to be more hands on outside of the project management that I do only a daily basis.

"I called at about noon for an appointment. They said appointment would be Monday or Tuesday. They called back about an hour later and said someone could be there by 3pm. I accepted. They arrived on time. The tech was clean and personable. He diagnosed the trouble in minutes and explained the situation. He said he needed to order parts and asked for a deposit which I gave him. About 2 minutes later he said one of his colleagues had the part and would be here in 15 minutes, it was. He repaired the appliance, cleaned up the mess and swept the floor afterwards. I paid the bill and he left. Over all it was a professional experience and the appliance is working within established parameters. I would hire them again."

"The service was very professional. Tech arrived later than the promised 3-hour window. Tech wore a mask and was very courteous. Diagnosis of the problem happened right away. Gave me the information to fix myself or the option for him to fix it and what the cost would be. I will call them again"
