"Dustin was very polite and knowledgeable. He found the problem right away with my stove and explained exactly what he needed to do to fix it. The parts were ordered and in about a week he had my stove working good as new. Very pleased with his work. If I ever need anything repaired again I am definitely calling on Dustin to do the job! "My LG fridge stopped working. After contacting my appliance " insurance" company that boasts about same day service did not provide that service. I contacted Act Right Appliance and Donnell scheduled me right away. I rarely provide reviews but when a company provides superior service you need to acknowledge that! He was responsive, timely, honest, explained his diagnosis and made the repair all at once. It's nice not living out of my cooler! "

"initially ok though while onsite I had to ask "what is that rattling noise"...I don't understand how they didn't realize they had dropped a piece of cut duct sheeting into the unit interior. They used bad taping on the modifications they made to the ducts and it all blew apart. called to have them back to fix several times and they never bothered to answer"

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
