"I had such a great experience, I felt like I needed to leave a review. We had an unexpected leak that turned into our kitchen having black mold all over. Our insurance company pretty much told us they were not responsible. Nathan was sent out and was very knowledgeable about what we were looking at. From, day one he was able to guide us through the process from mold removal to a complete kitchen remodel. Anytime I had a question or concern he was right there to help. Every single person that came to work in my house was friendly; not to mention on time which is a big plus. Everything turned out beautiful! I would highly recommend Home Renew 360. We were so impressed with our exterior home renovation they did a few years ago, that we contacted the company again when we were ready to remodel one of our bathrooms. They were by far the lowest bid, and once again excelled in quality of work and end project. The crew was hardworking and respectful, working long hours and always cleaning up at the end of each day. We were once again pleased with the responsiveness to all questions and changes we made as the remodel was underway, and the bathroom was finished in the time frame that was estimated at the start of the project. "I honestly don’t know where to begin. Working with Mike and HIC Builders to remodel my kitchen and bathroom was an overall amazing experience with so many positives. It was my first time remodeling my house. There were so many aspects of concern and stress. From the very first meeting with Mike, he completely put me an ease, and talked to me in detail on what they could do and the approximate price point. Throughout the initial phase, I contacted and met with over 6 different companies, and of course, the estimates that I received were all over the map. HIC Builders estimate was very manageable and, best of all, precise. There weren’t any surprises at the end of the remodeling job. What Mike said on day 1 was exactly what it turned out to be. After my meeting with all the other companies, I was debating between Mike and one other company. At this point, I also decided to downsize my remodeling to save some extra money. The other company was immediately hesitant to take on the job now that their profits had shrunk, whereas Mike was the complete opposite. He went into revision mode and was quick to come up with an alternate plan that we could do now that my budget had changed. That really impressed me. His ability to maneuver and work with different financial circumstances while maintaining a high quality of work. It also showed me that he cared about my project, even after the scope of the work had become smaller. I now know he has many projects going on at any given time, but you wouldn’t have guessed it by the attention and excellent communication he provides. I never felt like I couldn’t reach out to him for questions (and I had many) or clarifications in each phase. For me, choosing the right contractor came down to trust. I was remodeling from out of town, so I couldn’t check in on the process on a constant basis. Mike kept me informed every step of the way and eased my anxiety if anything popped up. If an issue or potential issue came about, he would bring it up to let me know this or that happened, but then he would tell me that it was no problem to deal with, and provide a solution as how he planned to work around it. The entire process was always transparent and clear. I could go on and on about what sets HIC Builders apart, but I hope this gives you a snapshot on why they are the right contractors for the job. I have zero complaints and they went beyond my expectations. Best of all, the end result looks like a million bucks."

"We were delighted with our home renovations by Calwest Construction. They worked on two total bathroom remodels (on both raised and concrete foundations), including a complete renovation of a spare room. Sam and his team were always on time, kept things tidy throughout the renovation, professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of the construction process. They completed the entire project in a timely manner, and the only delays were due to materials/supply shortages. Overall, they were very respectful of our home and expertly executed our design vision with quality work and craftmanship. We definitely plan on hiring them again for future home projects."

"It started as a simple bathroom remodel. Ortam showed me some problems in my plumbing, and eventually it became a full house remodel. Bathroom, kitchen, floors, forced air, power box, windows, and paint, interior. It was an overall good experience. The house looks good, and everything works. The measure of the overall job will come over the next 10 to twenty years, as I see if everything continues and problems are held to a minimum. Overall 5 stars"
