"Great. They addressed all our concerns about grading water away from the house. After multiple rains the grading has worked perfectly. Paid particular attention to creating clean and straight demarcation lines where asphalt met grass, essentially expanding width of the driveway 6 inches and created nice "flares" at the entrance to the driveway where the grass had been worn down. Before, the driveway looked like the hodge-podge of previous layers (two to three) of asphalt it was with very poor drainage. They dug up and carried away tons of old asphalt and graded. Now it looks neat and "buttoned up" as they would say. Friends of ours saw the completed job and had the guys come over to their home to get a quote to do their driveway."

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with.
