"It took them a little longer than expected but it was not bad at all. They told us is could take four days "or longer" and we said it was fine since we had not real pressing need to have it done by a certain date. They did a top quality job, no complaints about that. The biggest problem was the initial sales guy reportedly had some email problems and did not respond well to emails at all and we had problems getting him to respond. Once we insisted on having Eric Miller as our contact, communication was much improved and we had no complaints. All in all a good experience and excellent product."

We called and found out that this very nice gentleman lived nearby and he was very pleasant to speak with on the phone. He came out the next day and gave me a very fair price for a good load of work.
