"Cleaning was through and exceptionally executed. Michael and team were asked to investigate the top of the chimney CAPS because another company we used here in the Poconos who professes to be Christian based, advised us that the top of the caps were in bad state and needed repairs ($1100). I was suspicious and chose not to do anything. Michael confirmed my suspicions and has built trust."

"Jim was very responsive and came out on short notice. The chimney was leaking and he put a new chimney cap on and fixed cracks in the mortar. There was rain that night and no more leaks from the chimney. Jim did a very nice job on fixing the issue."

"John Shinn Roofing is the ultimate professional roofing company from first contact to job finish. Chris was extremely thorough and helpful in explaining all the estimate details and comparison to competitors. There were NO surprises at the end of the roofing job. John inspected the roof before scheduling the job to discuss our expectations and areas of concern. He also thoroughly examined the existing roof boards and replaced as needed. The crew and foreperson did a superb and speedy job installing the shingles and completely cleaning the roof, gutters, and lawn area. Finally, John spoke with us at the end of the job to ensure we were completely satisfied. I unreservedly recommend John Shinn Roofing for anyone needing a quality roof replacement from an honest company."

"The team from StoneCraft LLC did an incredible job restoring our 40 foot tall chimney, pouring a new concrete crown and installing stone veneer and new flashing. The team was professional and quick, going from scaffolding to completion and cleanup in two weeks. The cleanup was so thorough that other than the gorgeous new chimney, you would never even know they had been there. Very, very impressed with the professionalism, workmanship, and communication throughout the process."

"We had a chimney fire. I contacted our usual chimney guy. Their estimate to install a liner and a couple blocks was $5,400. I contacted JBW and they suggested a complete chimney from ground level to cap for $1,900.00 and if needed a new base for $480.00 for material and labor. I had paid 50% up front. They began taking down the old chimney and brought to my attention the badly deteriorating roofing board and support beams, which later led to a new roof. When they got to the base, which in itself was massive and looked sturdy, was in fact not attached to the house foundation and was built on an inappropriate grounding and above the frost line. The old base was so massive it took a work crew of three men and a standard jackhammer 4 to 5 hours to remove. When the job was complete. Joshua knew I was tight on funds and graciously offered to wait for final payment until I had the roof fixed. Which, I could not accept. He felt that the roof was more important for me to fix than to recieve his final payment."
