"Pedro is very detailed oriented. All was great, but he adding costs, which I thought was included in the initial proposal, but I still rated cost as a B. Unfortunately he had to switch jobs so he did not fully complete the care of my newly installed lawn. He did come back 3 times to check on the lawn, but didn't do the final maintenance. I would have hired for ongoing maintenance, but he was not available."

"From the very beginning of meeting and designing, Kathy and her team were exemplary. I got 4 bids. Kathy listened carefully and created a beautiful plan that was what I wanted. She made excellent suggestions to keep cost down but did not compromise on quality. Ultimately, her work was not the cheapest but it was by far the best from day one to today. Her team were on time, excellent in skill, creativity, problem solving, craftsmanship. The site was clean and secure at the end of each day. I love the final product. I spend hours in my yard now, enjoying the beauty and tranquility. Kathy has been responsive to small issues and questions. "Jay runs an excellent company in Janus. No one wants to see a rat diving under their house as I did the other night. I immediately logged onto Angie's List and began researching options for rodent/pest control. I was very impressed with Janus' website which reflected their knowledge of what their business is and their experience in the industry. I knew that I wanted to go with a local owner-operated company for this project due to the sensitive nature, I did not want to be on hold if something went awry. <br /> Jay came out the very next day to do an inspection and provide me a quote. He was punctual, professional, and friendly.We worked out a fair deal and he went right to work setting up traps. <br /> Within the first week Jay has come back to my house twice to collect the rats that have been caught and reset the traps. "We knew we wanted a water wise front yard, but we also wanted it to look good. We're not landscapers, so we contacted Ken Bragar. We discussed some different options and pricing. Ken did a terrific job of walking us through different ideas and costs. He drew up plans, showed them to us, made some revisions per our input. He came in with a price that was very fair, so we hired him. He and his crew were very professional. They were punctual and hard working. They completed the job in about 3 weeks. They cut broken concrete to form a patio and walkway. They used a combination of small cobblestones and two walkways of decomposed granite for the parkway.  They also installed a complete drip irrigation system for the drought tolerant plants that they installed. Ken was there everyday. The end results far exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with the results and would recommend Ken Bragar to anyone looking for the best in landscape design and installation. <br />"
