They cleaned the gutters, fixed the gutter where it was loose and they bagged all the trash up. They did not charge extra for the loose gutter either. Nice and neat and EXCELLENT service!! "Very well. We returned from vacation to hear animal noises in our chimney, above the flue. Even though it was President's Day Mike and his son came that afternoon promptly at the requested time. They spent 2 hours finding and removing 3 squirrels, and returned the next morning to remove the final, most difficult to fine one. Professional, courteous, and very service-oriented."

I found out it is difficult to get rid of yellow jackets unless you know exactly where they have build a nest.  One problem was a paper wasp nest had appeared on my front porch.  I alerted the workers to this upon our first meeting and then discussion.  However, after they had finished, I found the paper wasp nest had not been treated.  The firm provided a new worker the next day, but I was charged an additional $50, which was fair, since the original pest control was for yellow jackets. <br />"

"We called to have an insect activity inspected, and a gentleman named Mark came by. It was found to be a carpenter bee, not a termite, to our relief. Mark explained in detail how to treat it and said it's a job that can be done by the owner if you're handy. I appreciate his honest recommendation and coming over for the inspection.
