Warren arranged the draftsman for the original drawing and coordinated the building permit process. Upon county issuance of the required permits, he was there for each step to hire and oversee all the subcontractors from the grading and concrete right down to the finished product. From the initial bid process, Warren presented a fair and detailed bid, and remained well within budget from start to finish. The project was completed on time as promised.
