"Fred and his team did a really great job on our screen porch and new ceiling under our deck! We couldn’t be happier with their work!"

"Two level deck needed minor surface rot repair, power washing, and staining. Flores Enterprises LLC quoted and completed the work in the same business week. Attention to detail on staining is excellent. Provided photos of repairs and completed work and kept me informed on any issues which arose. Would definitely hire again."

"Five years ago Rick and his team had completed a full rehab of our deck and we love it. Recently, a material defect occurred and Rick stood by his work when the manufacturer would not. At his expense, he got new material and provided the same great carpenters, (Skip, Gary, and Heracio) as last time and made things right. I highly recommend their work and am happy to share their name with everyone who enjoys our deck. Check out the photos.Thank you again."

"I couldn't be more pleased with the deck repair that Jose and Melvin of JW Home Improvement performed for us. The attention to detail, beautiful joints, use of screws instead of nails, and the particular attention appearance and completeness. The site was left spotless. A special thanks for your dedication to working in such cold weather. Thanks."

"Had repairs done to my composite deck. Communication and workmanship was excellent. I am very happy with the work and would use them again."

"I hired them to repair the frame on my front door. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry and provided an upfront estimate upon arrival that was both fair and less expensive than others had told me the job would cost. Most importantly, the repair was completed professionally and my front door is now as good as new. I will definitely contact this company again for future jobsâ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"

"Mr. Burke and his son just finished our beautiful deck and all I can say is WOW!! From the time we signed the contract, he regularly kept us to date throughout the entire process, including any county updates. When they arrived to install the deck, their professionalism only continued to shine. They were kind, friendly, and polite throughout. The precision of the work was exceptional and rather impressive to say the least. In the future, I will certainly call Burke Home Improvements for any of my home's needs. THANK YOU both for your superb work!!"

"this was a job to address paint touch-ups and corner posts that had rot at the bottoms on a cedar sided house. efficient, thoughtful, disciplined approach to the proposal. all appointments were kept and punctual. detailed quote provided and all questions answered. was pleased with the time they took for me to understand how and why they quoted the way they did. when the work started, we did a walkthrough and confirmed everything. towards the end, another walkthrough to confirm that they executed the plan to our satisfaction. several small, fair, change orders for some conditions that could not be seen during original quote. on comparison of their proposal quote to others and research on how they wanted to address repairs, it was well supported as the best approach. other's had quoted complete repainting for siding in good condition. they were able to easily color match and focus on repairs to the few areas that needed attention. very happy with the work."

"The primary job was to paint the exterior wood, including wooden windows, on this typical northern Virginal 2 story home with mostly vinyl siding. Excellent prep with power washing, making all 20+ wood windows operable, replacing lots of rotted wood including some custom window repair, one new major picture window, sagging garage door wood repair (precluded a replacement garage door), etc. Excellent results with high quality paint on all exterior including porch and shutters as planned, including wooden rails and slats on a largely TREX deck. This contractor specializes in wood solutions to home repair problems, as well as painting, from my experience. Has good, creative solutions to tough problems. Got a good estimate to start, but escalated a bit as the extent of rotten wood became apparent in the course of the work. I would certainly hire them again."

"Job was completed in a timely fashion and very professionally. Luis always answered my phone calls with any questions and handled it quickly. My deck is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier."
