Nataly Caballero, the Repair Department's Production Coordinator was excellent pre-production tasks and kept in touch me about scheduling replacement date. the roofers were punctual, hardworking and excellent. The roof shingles were finished in one day, and after couple days, the gutters were installed. The crew took great care of cleaning the site grounds thoroughly. The Project Manager came and made sure to review the site without any debris. Last but not the least. a member of the Pond team came after two weeks of installation to scan for any nails that may be there. Thank you amazing Pond Team!"

"The steadily worked the project until it was complete - Overall, a decent job but left nails on the ground (stepped on 3 of them while working outside in the days after they completed the project) - The salesman (Dwayne Walker) prepared a professional looking estimate and promised to provide feedback with regard to the extent of my roof's wind damage to my insurance company - I came to realize it was just a sales tactic to "trick" me into signing the contract, as he never followed through, even though I followed up with him through email requests and asked several other Roofing & More contacts who "promised" to get back to him and ask him to follow through. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. "Power home did a door to door, after meeting with their rep for siding, we liked the superior quality of their vinyl siding with a foam backing. Our current siding had issues of water penetration and algae growth and frankly was cheap as the previous owner took advantage of drive by sales after a hail storm. On their QA inspection post install? They found further water penetration through the roof and provided me proof of that so we went high end with a GAF roofing system. End result? Yeah it cost quite a bit more than my comfort zone. But you get what you pay for. We are more comfortable, and since this occurred during winter? I noted my heat pump did not cycle as often. And we got our electric company assessment for energy use for a totally electric home? Excellent. Impact of the better siding and better roof."

The company only replaces the entire roof. I am glad he came and advised about replacing the roof if we decide to do that and decide that we can afford it. "We had some floorboards buckle in our basement due to an unknown source of water. Jeff Dahlgren was fantastic and very helpful in helping us figure out the problem and his repairs were great (after having to dig up concrete and cap off a mysterious open pipe that came out of nowhere). He also did some other things (repairing drywall, installing new fixture and faucet), was on time, professional, clean, and friendly. It's really hard to work in a home wearing a mask and keeping things clean and tidy during pandemic, minimizing disturbance for kids in virtual school, and we really appreciate that."

"The workers showed up on time on the days that they said they would come, as did their tile and plumbing subcontractors. Our house was built in the 70's and we needed to have the master bath upgraded from an old single piece tub/shower combo to a large tiled walk-in shower with a bench. We also had them install a new double vanity and add built in shelves in addition to installing fixture and painting throughout. They also installed a new comfort toilet and painted both rooms of the master bath. Further, they installed new vanities, fixtures, mirrors and paint in the other two baths. Of note: we did not have them put in new tile on the floors, as we had had that done by someone else a couple of years ago. Nevertheless, they avoided any damage to the existing ceramic tiles. 
One refreshing aspect of their work was that they did not try sell us more than what we wanted. When they ran into issues, they let us know right away and made sure that there were no surprises. When we did the final walk-through, they quickly repaired all the cosmetic issues that we pointed out.
